Hi, I'm Guang, 29 years old. I'm a student at Imperial College London (South Kensington campus).
I'm looking for a place within 30 minutes of the South Kensington campus by walking, bus, or Tube. I'm happy to share with others – no preference on gender.
I'd like a furnished single or double room. My budget is £1200 pcm, ideally including bills (negotiable).
I'm looking to rent from 10 September 2026 to 10 January 2027 (4 months, short-term). I don't smoke and have no pets. I'm generally quiet and respectful of flatmates.
