Engineer Placement Student Seeking Room in Egham

I am a 22-year-old male Engineering student at Loughborough University moving to Egham for a 1-year engineering placement from around 12/13 May.

I am tidy, respectful, non-smoking, sober, and looking for a stable, clean room suitable for studying and computer-based work. I am generally quiet and considerate at home, but also friendly and happy to have a chat with housemates when appropriate. I like keeping shared spaces clean and I try to be reliable and easy to live with.

Ideally, I am looking for a room with a desk/chair, good wardrobe/storage space, reliable Wi-Fi, and clearly explained bills, preferably included.

I expect to be working Monday–Friday during my placement and would be looking for a calm household with reasonable house rules around guests, quiet hours, cleaning, kitchen use, and laundry.

I would be happy to live with students, professionals, or a mixed household, provided the environment is respectful and suitable for study/work. I am also open to either an in-person or online viewing.
