Professional female looking for housemate or 2-bed

Hi!

I'm a young(ish) professional working at a University in Norwich, looking to either join an existing house share, or to find someone to form a new house share!

I'm looking for somewhere large enough for a bedroom and office room - that office room could be shared with others, or I could pay more of the rent for it if needed. Ideally looking for 1 person to share a 3-bed house, or 2 people to share a 4-bed house. I love gardening, so somewhere with a garden or decent balcony would be preferred. I drive, so a house would need parking available.

I am a very tidy person who loves to socialize, but also respects others space, and would love to live with someone the same. Being able to spend time alone and also chat over dinner or in the living room are both important to me! I have a wide range of hobbies, from making stained glass art (not at home, don't worry!) to silly video games, to watching the rugby, and I'm always up for trying out a new hobby when it sounds like fun.

I am a diagnosed coeliac, so I do have to follow a strict gluten free diet, with some of my own separate appliances like my own toaster. My perfect housemate wouldn't need to be gluten free themselves, but would respect my need to be, and would help keep the kitchen clean and safe for me to cook in. In return, I bake a lot, so there will be gluten free treats to share!
