Looking for female to rent a flat / house with

I am beginning a professional 9-5 at beginning of June, so would like to move in by the first week of June in or around any area ~30 min drive to Reigate.

I am 22 and am finishing a degree in Food Science. I enjoy cooking, baking and watching bad reality TV shows + romcoms. I like an occasional night out but am not a massive party goer and often go on sober nights out. However, I have absolutely no issue with someone who likes to party more often :)

I am very clean and would like someone to be the same.
