Chilled and respectful professional looking for a double room in central Manchester.

I work in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, so my schedule can vary quite a bit — sometimes I’m away for a few weeks at a time for work, then back home for a stint. Because of that, I’m ideally looking for a relaxed and easy-going house share with like-minded people.

I’m originally from Hampshire and new to Manchester, so it’d be a bonus to live with sociable people who wouldn’t mind showing me around the city a bit. I’m very tidy, respectful of people’s space, and easy to live with.

I do have a car, so parking is needed. I’m also flexible on whether the room is furnished or unfurnished as I can sort either.

No fixed move-in date at the moment, so I’m pretty flexible on timing.
