Reliable Mon–Fri Professional Seeking Room

Hi, I’m Archie, 27, and I’m looking for a room in the Didcot/Wallingford and surrounding area from around 1st June.

Ideally I’m looking for a Monday–Friday arrangement, mainly to help keep costs sensible while I focus on developing a long-term career/business rebuilding classic vehicles. That said, I’d also consider a full-time let depending on the room, location and price.

I’m tidy, organised, easygoing and respectful of other people’s space. I’m also a very consistent and reliable person with a steady routine during the week.

I’m fairly minimal in terms of what I need. Ideally just a comfortable single or double room, access to a bathroom (ensuite would be great), kitchen and washing facilities. Off-road parking or very easy parking is important as I have a large car.

During the week I’m normally out of the house between roughly 8am and 6pm, so I’m generally quite low impact around the home.

Outside of work and projects, I’m into fitness, hiking, biking and sport in general, both participating and watching. I’m sociable and enjoy the occasional pub or drink, but I’m equally happy with a quiet evening and a relaxed household atmosphere.

Non-smoker, clean, considerate and fine with pets.

I’m open to house shares, live-in landlords or similar arrangements.

Budget ideally around £400 pcm inc bills for a Monday–Friday let, though I’m flexible depending on the setup.
