Stay in London

Hiya! I’m Erin, originally from Cardiff, recently moved back home for a little while, but now looking to move back to London properly as I’ll be working full-time in South West. I’m easygoing, respectful, sociable in the right balance, and very clean/tidy in shared spaces.

I work full-time as an Manager in retail and outside of work I’m also a recording artist/songwriter, so I spend a lot of time writing music, going to gigs, or just having chilled evenings. I’m definitely more of a cosy nights, TV series binger and good conversations person than a party-flat person.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, relaxed and respectful household where everyone gets on but also respects each other’s space. Ideally somewhere with good transport links into central/southwest London and a homely vibe rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Room requirements / must-haves:
• Double room preferred
• Good transport links (especially for Putney)
• Space for a desk would be ideal
• Clean and respectful household

Deal breakers:
• Heavy party house
• Very dirty communal spaces
• Smoking indoors

I’m reliable with rent/bills, considerate to live with, and really just looking for somewhere that feels calm, comfortable and positive to come home to :)
