My name is Farren. I am an international student at the Arts University Bournemouth in the coming academic year(2026). I will study in the BA Film Production at AUB for 2 years.

⌛️WHEN&HOW LONG WILL I RENT:
🏠 I am now searching for a single/double room to stay for at least 10 months. I plan to move into this room in September 2026. I have an optional placement year between the 2 years of my studies. So I am not sure about the maximum length of my stay.

💰 BUDGET:
🙆🏻 I know that as a student, I need a British guarantor. I can find one since my school has partnered with Housing Hand, which charges 5% of the yearly rent.
🙋🏻 However, my budget will go up to £600 per month if I am exempt from providing a guarantor. Also, if it is necessary, I can pay 6 months' rent at once.

👩🏻 ABOUT ME:
🦾 I support myself with my 5-year work savings. Therefore, I believe that as a mature student, I am equipped with virtues like a stronger sense of responsibility, spirit of contract, patience, and resilience.
👪 I hope to experience local life as much as I can, so I prefer to live with a British family during my studies. I believe I will get along well with most families, as I like pets and children. For example, I am now taking care of my roommates' cats🐈 while they are traveling on International Workers' Day.
