Looking for an ensuite room, from 1st June

Hi! I'm Deshan, a 23-year-old Computer Science student at the University of Westminster, reliable, tidy, and easy to live with.

I'm looking for an ensuite room between £800–£850 per month, all bills included, with a move-in date of 1st June. A desk and chair are essential, as I spend a lot of time studying. Ideally the property would be well connected to transport links and within easy reach of local amenities such as shops and cafes.

Outside of uni, I'm a big reader and I'm currently learning guitar. I can fingerpick my way through Silent Night, so I'm getting there! I'm a quiet, respectful flatmate who values a calm and friendly home environment.
