Postgrad student looking for Brighton house share!

Hi there, I’m Kate and I’m starting a masters at Sussex University in September. I’ll be studying in the Business School and also hoping to work part time in hospitality as I have done this throughout university.

I’m from Bristol, but have spent the last few years living in the Netherlands as I did my undergrad in Utrecht. I’m super excited to move to Brighton and keen to meet new people so looking for a friendly house share.

I’ve lived with all ages and genders over the past few years, and something that is very important to me is a neat and clean house. I am very sociable and love to feel cosy/at home but also totally understand shared spaces and the need for privacy. Happy to live with other students (although very much not looking for a party house) or young professionals, as I generally keep a regular routine structured around 9-5 even when studying.

Logistically it would be ideal to have a double bed furnished room, but also open to other options. I’m looking to live in the hanover, elm grove, hollingdean or laines areas of Brighton. Move in time August / early September would also be ideal.

I’m a food lover, big book nerd, collector of all things colorful, veteran plant mum, and am most of all excited to explore the beautiful nature around Brighton as I LOVE spending time outside. I also never say no to a pub trip or coffee and sweet treat!
