Wanted: ensuite in social SW Victorian home

Hi! I’m Maddi, 28, originally from Canada and looking for a room in a houseshare around Earlsfield, Wandsworth Town, or Clapham Junction for an end of October move. My maximum budget is £1,500/month including bills.
I work from home 2–3 days a week, so I’m looking for a spacious double room that can comfortably fit a desk setup (preferably a top floor with ensuite). I’m really hoping to find a social house where we can build strong friendships. I’d love to live in a classic Victorian home with 3 other flatmates where we can do things together while also respecting everyone's need for downtime.

Hobbies & Interests:
I’m up for anything and I really want to make the most out of London life. I’m down for random walks, last minute activities , booking events and trips, watching or playing sports (I play tennis and bet I can convert my roomies into hockey fans), or just cooking a meal and watching good (and bad) tv on the couch.
