Mature Male Student, 25 Y/O - Looking to Rent

I am a mature student studying Psychology at the University of Surrey, looking for a room from late August.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I take responsibility for keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m focused on my degree, so I tend to keep a fairly structured routine during the week. I will also work part-time alongside my studies.

I’m ideally looking for a calm, well-maintained household and get on well with students and proffesionals.
