Hi there. I'm Seb, a professional in the property management industry and starting a new role mid-May for a property management company in Central London. Family live in Nottingham where my son goes to college, but work keeps me in London during the week.
Looking for a furnished double bedroom (flat share or similar) for £850/mth approximately (bills and broadband included). Location is flexible - either closer to work (London Bridge) for easier commuting, or around West London where I'm currently based.
Preference would be with similar professionals but I'm flexible. I'm tidy and respectful of other people's space and would be great to share with similar outgoing and friendly housemates. Have a group of friends in and around central London who I regularly see and occasional weekends I'll be up in Notts with the family.
