Professional looking to buddy up Aug/Sept

After 12 years at my current houseshare my landlord is unfortunately taking back the house so I'm having to move on. I am keen to stay in the Battersea area as this works well for my work commute and still having access into the city.

I'm looking for a space to be a home rather than just a place to stay and would prefer to stay in a space longer term (as evidenced above!) I have some great decor to contribute to a space and help spice up the typical bland rental look.
I also have quite a few plants (both house and outdoor) so some sort of outdoor space is a must.

I like to balance going out with friends and nights in. Looking for individuals who are friendly but can also occupy their own time. I am very used to living with others and am a clean and respectful flatmate. Definitely past my party era but I enjoy hosting a good dinner party (I do a big Canadian thanksgiving every year!) but most of my socialising is done out of the house.

I am creative and often have a sewing or craft project of some kind on the go. I enjoy travelling and take advantage of all the amazing arts and culture that this city has to offer.

I work in education in quite a demanding role so I'm on site most of days (1 day wfh fortnightly). Because of the stress of my job having a calm and inviting home is very important.
