Male Professional - Looking for a room

Hey, my name is Mark, and I'm a Line Manager at a supported living looking for a room in Lincoln.

I'd describe myself as a relaxed guy who is clean and tidy, easy going and easy to get on with, and enjoys chatting as much as respecting someone's; and my own, need for space.

In my spare time I love to read, going out for hikes and walks, watching films and playing music / singing with my guitar. **Don't worry, I'm respectful enough to not be belting wonderwall out at unsociable hours!**

I love cooking, especially for other people, and though I have been vegetarian for most of my life I do currently eat meat.

Would be very happy to help out with gardens as I'm a father to quite a few (only slightly neglected) houseplants, and I adore animals, so though I don't have any I'm happy to live with pets :)

I'd need two months notice for my current property, but can give this whenever for the right person / people / property.
