I am a female student aged 27. I am looking for a single or double room, ideally in N11, N12 or N14. I am available to move in as soon as possible and have a budget of £650 pcm bills included. I am quiet, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I keep to myself but I am friendly and easy to live with. I spend most of my time studying and do not host gatherings or have people over. I am looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to settle into long-term. I take care of shared spaces as if they were my own and believe in good communication with landlords and housemates.
