Looking for a relaxed, friendly home in Brighton

Hi! I’m Louis, 22, and am a recent graduate working at a for a modular synth job. I am looking to move into a flat late-August with a budget of £600-800 and can be flexible.

I enjoy playing piano, reading, DJ'ing and anything music related , but don't worry I am not loud and will use headphones if need be ! I also enjoy drinking.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I like keeping a clean, well-looked-after space. Ideally, it would be better if you were also quiet at nights because I like my sleep and am usually asleep quite early (11pm-12) . I’m looking to live with other professionals in a friendly, sociable and relaxed house – a warm, homely space where it’s easy to relax and hang out in the evenings.
