Flat/Buddy up wanted for a flat - August move in

Looking for someone to buddy up with for a flat. I'm quite a chill person and tend to stay in most nights, though wouldn't mind having someone to get me out of the house every now and then. Hope to live with someone where we can also be friends but have some alone time.

I like to keep communal spaces very clean and tidy so am looking for someone similar.

I work hybrid with 2-3 days in the office. I like to play badminton, go out to cafes, bake bread, go to the gym, and consider myself a morning person.
