Friendly/welcoming new home for a profesisonal

Hello,

I am Gabby, a professional working full time, thus able to afford a studio/place for myself. Ideally, I am keen to rent a large double room.

I'm independent, like to have my own space and at the same time I'd like to live and share a place with open minded/friendly housemates.

I am organised, like to have things tidy and clean, so I'd prefer a place where there is rules, respect and organisation in place.

I love pets so I wouldn't mind at all if there is pets :)
