I am Mercy, a 32-year-old professional, who is looking to find a buddy with whom we could rent a decent place and live in while we save up on excessive accommodation costs. I am a Nigerian Christian. I am a very calm, hardworking and very busy. I do not work from home so I'll be mostly out and when I am in, I do appreciate quietness, but also some social activities.

In terms of accommodation, I am looking for someone of my age range to share a decent two bedrooms Flat with. (Preferably with 2 separate baths).
I'd want us to have a decent living room where we can have some communal life such as a driveway to park and some healthy and spacious space to live in. I'm not really fussy about locations but I’d appreciate the areas of bham city centre, Erdington etc... However, if you know of any other similarly decent areas, we could discuss this.

Budget should not exceed £950pcm per person supposing rent is 1.8 to 2k including bills Pls . However, our quality of life should be way decent.
