I am currently looking for a 1-bedroom flat or studio apartment to rent around the B16/B17 area. I work full-time at University College Birmingham as a Lecturer and Researcher, and I will be living alone.

I have been living in Birmingham for the past 8 years and am now looking for a clean, well-maintained property for long-term rent. I am a responsible and quiet professional, non-smoker, and can provide references if required.
