20 y/o from Ireland looking for a double en-suite

I work from home for an online start up. I'm very driven and work very hard. I love socialising and am a people person. I'm very tidy, clean and routined and would much prefer someone who is the same way. I'm not big on drinking although I do enjoy the very occasional night out.

I'm looking for a nice modern looking place in an good location, I've already looked at a couple of really nice apartments in Ancoats that would fit into the above budget.

Would be great to have someone with a similar mindset and passionate about what they do but that's not a necessity at all!
