Seeking 4-week Short Stay (13 July - 9 Aug)

About Me:
Hi! I'm Connie, a female international postgraduate student currently based in Exeter. I’m coming to Manchester for a 4-week CELTA teaching course at IH Manchester (Arthur House) from July 13th to August 9th.

What I'm looking for:
I need a quiet, clean room in Manchester Central, M13, M15, or Salford，as I prefer to be within walking distance or a short bus ride to the city centre. Since my classes finish at 8:45 PM, I’m looking for a safe and reliable place to stay.

Budget: My budget is £520 - £680 per month (including all bills), depending on the location and room size.

My Schedule:
My classes run from 1:15 PM to 8:45 PM. I will be out most of the day and return late, so I’m looking for a safe neighbourhood. I am very respectful of quiet hours and house rules.

Personal Touch:
I'm a very friendly and easy-going person. I genuinely enjoy a good chat with flatmates and would love to build a friendly bond. I’m always happy to help out with small chores whenever I can. Also, if you’re interested in languages, I’d be more than happy to offer free Mandarin lessons! I'm tidy, non-smoking, and very respectful of house rules.
