Ensuite room needed in/near Sevenoaks

A single builder is looking to rent a room with ensuite in a quiet house with parking available at least nearby. Would prefer a place where kitchen is well suited for cooking (separate door, good ventilation, etc, to not disturb the housemates). Ideally would prefer moving in one month after paying the deposit (notice not given in the current place just yet). Rural location/ detached house is a preference.
