Hi! I’m looking for a spare room for the 2026/27 academic year.
A little bit about me:
• I’m a 24 year old student
• I’ve just finished my BSc Psychology degree at Cardiff Met and have recently been offered a place to study Dental Hygiene at Cardiff University 🦷
• I’m sociable, tidy, and easy to live with, I enjoy both nights out and chilled nights in!
• Looking for a female or mixed house/flat share around the Heath, Maindy, or Cathays area (anywhere fairly close to UHW) with other students/young professionals
• Budget is ideally up to £750pcm including bills
• August/September move-in would be perfect as my current tenancy ends at the end of August 2026
• Ideally looking for somewhere with parking included…a permit option or plenty of nearby street parking as I will need my car for placements ☺️
