PhD Researcher (Chemistry) | Active & Tidy

Hi! I’m Thomas, a moving to Bath this September to start a 4-year PhD in Chemistry.

​I’m looking for a relaxed, mature, and tidy place to call home for the duration of my studies. I’m very much a 'headphones on' worker during the day (lab/desk-based), but I’m always up for a chat or a coffee in the kitchen.

​A bit about me:
​Reliable & Tidy: I’m the housemate who actually does his dishes immediately. I value a clean communal space and a chill environment.
​Active Lifestyle: I’m a keen cyclist and gym-goer, so I’ll be spending a lot of time at the gym and out n about when not at uni.

​Financially Stable: My PhD is fully funded, so rent and bills are never an issue.

​Vehicle Flexible: I have a car (Volvo V40), but I am more than happy to leave it behind if the house is in a permit-restricted area or has limited parking. I'm just as happy on my bike!

​What I’m looking for:
​A double room (ideally with a desk or space for one).
​A household of PhDs or professionals who appreciate a calm but friendly vibe.
Ideally ​Long-term stay (looking to settle for my full 4-year degree).
