Looking for a Room / Studio to Rent in London ✨

I’m urgently looking for a room, studio, or temporary accommodation in London from 18th May onwards due to a new job opportunity in Chingford.

Ideally looking for:
• East / South East / North East London
• Good transport links
• Parking preferred (I have a car)
• Budget around £500–£900 depending on space/location
• Short-term initially (3-6 months) while I arrange a permanent apartment swap into London

A little about me:
• 28-year-old working professional
• Starting a new role in compliance management within rail & infrastructure
• Also running my own cleaning & maintenance business
• Quiet, clean, respectful and organised
• Single mum to a well behaved toddler who will not be living with me in London. I won't be at the property most weekends due to travelling back to be with my child but she may visit on some weekends so it's important that this isn't an issue for her to be in the property.

I’m happy to provide references, ID, proof of income/employment etc.

This move is really important for my career and business growth, so I’m hoping to find somewhere safe, calm and reliable while I get settled in London ✨
