22yo MA Filmmaking Student at UEL Seeking a Room

Hi everyone!
​I'm a 22-year-old international student, and I’m moving to London to start my MA in Filmmaking at the University of East London (UEL) this September. I’m currently looking for a clean, friendly, and relatively quiet place to call home. ​A bit about me: I am a student director and screenwriter. I’ve spent time in London before, so I’m already familiar with the city. When I'm not on campus, I usually spend my time reading, writing scripts on my laptop, or watching auteur cinema. Because of my schedule and focus on my studies, I am a very quiet, respectful, and tidy flatmate. I clean up after myself and believe in keeping shared spaces neat. I love a good chat, talking about films, or sharing a coffee, but I also completely respect everyone's privacy and downtime. ​I am looking for a room (all week) with an easy commute to UEL campuses. My maximum budget is around £600-£700 per month (ideally with bills included). ​Also, as I will be doing a lot of writing and research, a reliable and fast Wifi connection is a must for me.
