Looking for flatshare - Academic Year 26/27

Hi, I will be returning to Glasgow Uni for my masters degree in September. I’m looking early to see if anyone will have future availability for a flatmate in academic year 26-27. Ideally I could move in once graduation season is over, so late July onwards. This would be good if you know one of your flatmates is graduating and plans to leave the city. Please no offers with a May/June move-in date, I’m just trying to be preemptive.

Me:
ℹ️ 22F, relatively introverted but like a night out (or a night in!)
👗 I dress alternative often and am a chronic overdresser
👩‍🎓 Currently work full-time but will be a student in Sept
💕 Like baking, tea (which I like to share!), learning mandarin, will be studying infection biology at uni 🙂‍↕️
🧁 With baking I’m always pretty mindful about who else needs to use the kitchen
📺 I hardly watch things (movies, series etc) of my own volition but am very easily convinced to watch with people, so we could have a common interest faster than you think, lol
🌱 Vegetarian but not fussy about sharing cooking spaces or utensils with meat eaters. If it’s clean we’re cool 👍
🏁 I don’t own a car or need a parking space

Preferences:
🗓️ Prefer to move in August time, but can be a little earlier
👥 Female flatmates but moreso that I’m not the only girl in the flat
💵 Under £550 for the rent itself and transparent bills and utilities. I have council tax exemption as a student
📍Close to UofG, walkable at least (<35mins walk)
💼 Other students or young professionals
🪞 Bedroom has a desk and wardrobe space/or space to put a clothing rack
🚭 Nonsmoking, please
