2 Social Professionals Seeking SW London Home

Hey everyone,

Jack and I are looking for a place in SW London and thought we’d try our luck here before fully committing to the emotional rollercoaster that is London renting.

I’m Jordy, a physio from Australia, and Jack’s an architect working in Battersea. We’re both 30 and working full-time around SW London.

We’re looking for either:

• Two rooms in an existing house share, or
• A couple of like-minded people to team up with and find a place together

Ideally looking around Clapham, Balham, Battersea or nearby, with a budget of around £900–1000 pcm per room. Looking to move mid–late June.

We’re easygoing, clean, respectful and social. Weekdays are usually pretty work-focused, while weekends are a mix of gym, exploring London, catching up with mates and the occasional pub session.

We come with solid rental references, good Aussie banter, and a strong respect for shared fridge space.
