29 Queer Female ISO Double Room £680 inc Bills

I'm Ro. I'm 29 so I'm very much looking for a chill house.

The £680 budget is including bills. I'm looking for a double room in a place ideally no further than zone 3 or within a 15 min walk of a station that's on the night tube.

I work in harm reduction and nightlife. Yes this means I can get you guest list.

I have been working in nightlife for 4 years now and it's never been an issue with housemates. I am quiet when I get back from work and I'm not a sensitive sleeper so don't need the house quiet while I'm asleep in the day.

The intensity of work and heaviness of the world today (I'm Iranian) means I'm very committed to making the house a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to live.

I currently live with a family with 3 kids. It's been great for us, only moving out so a grandparent can move in. Think housing situations of living with a homeowner renting out a spare bedroom really suits me.

Currently in my free time I'm involved in community organising, go boxing (new to this), love cooking for large gatherings, and am gonna start learning how to do nails from my friend. Most of all I'm hanging out with my family.
