Room Required

I am clean, tidy & considerate. I do have a dog, she is a red labrador but she is very petite and extremely well behaved. I work in the office in the mornings and my dog comes with me, and I work from home in the afternoons so space for a desk & computer is needed. I do drive, but would need the property to be within 15/20 minutes of Whitestake (PR4). The room doesn't have to be furnished, I have recently moved out of a house due to a breakup and I have everything to furnish a bedroom in a unit at the moment. I tend to keep myself to myself when at home, I spend most of my time in room just because it's where I am most comfortable. I have commitments over the summer where I help to organise & run horse shows so there will be weekends where me & Nilla are out of the house all day saturday & all day sunday.
