Self-contained annexe, studio or similar needed for a writer and artist. Must have sufficient work space. Must be quiet and clean and with public transport to central Oxford. Some shared facilities ok but I’m quite private so prefer to keep my own company. Professional, solvent landlords only please, budget is about £1,000 inclusive of bills.
