Post-graduate student house

Hi, I am starting at the University of Birmingham in September on a Physiotherapy MSc, I am looking to find a spare room in a house/ flat with either course mates or other post-graduate students. I am quite a sociable person, who enjoys going to the pub, playing pool, and I'm fairly active, enjoying playing sport socially and going to the gym regularly. I am fairly tidy and always up for doing stuff, if that's going out to the pub, on walks, playing some rugby or going for a run/ gym with a housemate.
