Mature student looking to rent.

Hello, my name is Curtis. I am 30 years old and I am looking to start at Blackburn college in September.
I have a job in hospitality in clitheroe so most weekends I will be working. During the week I will be at college/studying.
My life from September onwards will be consistently College, Work and gym.
I'm a relaxed person who prefers a relaxed life. I may have the very occasional beer when I treat myself to a break (in pubs not at home) and I enjoy football.
I'm looking for somewhere as close to the college, town centre and bus station as possible so I can use the public transport to get to and from work because I don't drive.

(I want to move over to Blackburn a little earlier before I start my course in September so I can get into the routine with public transport and travel before I start my course.)
