Respectful, Mature & Super Tidy Professional

Hello there!

I’m a friendly, respectful, and super tidy professional working as an Events Manager within high-end luxury environments, and I’ve also recently started as a visiting university lecturer. My previous landlords often joked that it felt like I was never home (even when I was) because I’m very quiet, drama-free, and always keep my things organised and in order. I have always been described as the ideal tenant. I truly believe that a tidy and clean home reflects a stable and clear mindset. I’m a minimalist and really value a peaceful, clean, and comfortable living.

I’m vegetarian by personal choice, although I don’t mind meat in the house at all. I also value self-growth and living with positive, respectful people.

I enjoy travelling, theatre, cooking, psychology, meeting new people, practising martial arts, and exploring the unknown. I’m sociable and easygoing, while also respectful of personal space.

I’m looking for a long-term studio flat or shared accommodation for at least a year, ideally with stability for even longer, as I’d love to settle somewhere comfortable without the stress of moving again anytime soon. My current budget is up to £1,200 including bills. I’m also open to unfurnished rooms, as I already have my own king-size bed and desk, although a large wardrobe would definitely be appreciated.

I’m open to different areas as long as there’s a good commute to Mayfair and the property is within around a 10-minute walk to a station. Looking for considerate and friendly flatmates who appreciate a calm, clean, and positive home atmosphere.
