31F seeking double room with a friendly household

I’m looking for a spacious double room with space for a desk to fit two screens as I often work from home (I can provide my own desk).

I’d prefer a location close to transport links and a lively high street/centre.

As a flatmate I am clean, tidy and respectful. As a person I’m bubbly and sociable and hoping to find a friendly household where I can form friendships with my prospective housemates.

Interests: movie nights, park picnics, pub socials, gym, cooking (I batch cook so my time in the kitchen is limited).

Female or predominantly female mixed household preferred
