Double room wanted in Manchester

Hey! I'm El, I'm looking to rent a double room in Manchester from July. I work at a design agency in Northern Quarter. I'm from Liverpool and am looking to move to Manchester to reduce my commute.

Looking for...
- Location - City centre (Green Quarter/Ancoats/Castlefield) or areas upto a 30 min tram away e. g Levenshulme, Chorlton, Didsbury, Stockport, Altrincham
- Looking to share with 2-3 professionals rather than big house shares
- Double room, ideally furnished but I have my own furniture that I can bring if needed
- En-suite would be great and some outdoor/balcony space would be great
- Budget - £750 without bills or £900 with bills

I work in the office 3 days a week (9-5.30) and at home on Mondays and Fridays. I'm pretty quiet in the evenings as I go to the gym, yoga, watch films or read. On the weekends, I love getting to gigs and festivals, travelling, and anything creative like film, art and books. I like finding an old pub, somewhere new for food or mooching in art galleries.

Would love to live with someone who appreciates things being clean, tidy and is fairly chilled. Happy to keep our own spaces but would also be happy to socialise sometimes.
