Room wanted

Hi there! My name is Natasha and I'm on the hunt for a room to rent from mid-May. I don't have a fixed move-out date at my current place, so finding the right fit really matters to me! No rush, but I want it to feel like home!

I work at an AI startup in Shoreditch (just off Brick Lane), five days a week, so an easy commute is top of my list. Long days at the office mean I really value being able to get home without a trek!

What I'm looking for:

1. A door-to-door commute of around 30 minutes, ideally on the Elizabeth Line (Liverpool Street)
2. A safe, quiet neighbourhood and street, feeling at home and at ease where I live is really important to me
3. An ensuite or private bathroom, though I'm open to discussing this depending on the setup and number of flatmates
4. A chilled, friendly living environment with easy-going flatmates who respect shared spaces

Areas I'm looking at:

- Paddington and it's surrounding areas so I have easy access to the Elizabeth Line (Bayswater, Warwick Avenue)

A little about me; I'm 32, English/Taiwanese, and have lived in 8 countries so far (always an adventure!). I'm independent, easy-going and tidy, and I love exploring London's food scene, especially anything Asian cuisine. I love all things skincare/aesthetics and used to have my own clinic so very happy to give out advice here! In my spare time you'll find me catching up with friends, checking out museum exhibitions, or heading to a pilates or yoga class.

Day-to-day, my weekday routine pretty much revolves around the office, so I'll be out most of the day. I'd love to live with calm, mature flatmates who enjoy their own space as much as I do, mutual respect goes a long way!
