Flat Needed (No Room Shares)

Hi, I’m 33, originally from NYC and now based in London, currently looking for an entire flat (no rooms/shared flats) in a friendly, clean, and relaxed home.

I work in finance/strategy and keep things pretty low-key during the week. Outside work I’m usually out exploring the city, seeing friends, working out, traveling, trying restaurants, etc. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and looking for a place that feels comfortable and calm rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Ideally looking to move in before the 26th of May. Open to different areas for the right fit, and happy to move quickly if things line up. I also have references/documents ready to go.

One thing to note, I won’t be able to do an in-person viewing before moving, but I’d be very happy to do a video call or virtual tour.
