Looking For A Room: Preferably No Live-In Landlord

Hey there! My name is Mo and currently looking for a room to rent around the Greater London area (Budget: £500).

I am a full time university student studying business for the time being, but about to finish 3rd year in 2-3 weeks from now.

This will be the first time looking to rent and so I may have a limited credit history.

In terms of finances, I currently work part time in fast food while I sort out my next steps, and have steady income (can provide payslips if needed).

However I understand this makes it trickier to track trustworthiness and so I am 100% willing to pay 6 months rent in advance to prove my seriousness and build trust.

Although I do not have a guarantor, I do also have healthy savings and investments I can draw from.

When it comes to lifestyle, I do not own pets, do not smoke, rarely party if at all, am pretty relaxed, and also a minimalist when it comes to most things. Most importantly, a messy space is my worsr enemy and will always try to upkeep the living space I reside in to a high standard.

I mainly keep to myself when busy, however always friendly and easy to live with.

I am not super picky about furnished/ unfurnished rooms, room size, etc. Pretty much a space I can go to at the end of the day to chill out and unwind.

An unshared room with bills included in the rent would be absolutrly great
