24 y/o Professional Seeking Clapham Flatshare

Hi Everyone!

My name’s Tom (24), and I’m currently looking for my first flat in London. I’m currently based in Edinburgh, but relocating to start a new role in Insurance Underwriting in the City beginning on 8th June. I’m ideally looking for a flat in Clapham with a move in date roughly around then (earlier or later can be fine too).

I’ll be working in the office at least 4 days a week, though likely closer to 5 as I enjoy being office-based. Outside of work, I’m very easy-going and sociable. I'm big into sport (especially rugby), local pubs, museums, and generally making the most of what London has to offer.

I’m looking for a friendly flatshare with like minded people of a similar age who are up for the occasional catch up, while also respecting everyone’s own space and downtime. I’ve always got on really well with previous flatmates and would say I’m very clean, tidy, and considerate around the flat, so I’d love to find somewhere with a good balance of social and relaxed.

Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term flatshare with other young professionals in a sociable but respectful home environment.
