45-year-old full-time working professional looking for a quiet, respectful room or house share from the end of June onwards.

I work long hours, am clean, reliable, considerate, and generally keep myself to myself outside of work. Looking for a calm and stable environment where I can reset and focus on the next stage of life.

Open to different areas across Leeds for the right setup, but would prefer something closer to town as I work in that area. Happy with a simple room/share arrangement as long as it is peaceful, straightforward, and with like-minded people.
