My names is Adam and I’m looking for a single or double room to rent within the Torbay area. I am a full time professional and very outdoor active, thus spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors.

I am very respectful of others space and feel I have a good housemate etiquette. I have just come back from Cape Town after 6 months and had a really good experience of the house I stayed in and would like to recreate the same chilled setting or environment

I’m very sociable, however not overbearing and looking for mutual housemates. I have RIA ready with an asking deposit. I would preferably like to move in sooner, due to me commuting from Plymouth for work in Paignton.
