52-year-old professional looking for a large double room with en suite in Canary Wharf for weekday living.

I’m Head of Real Estate Services for a financial institution and currently live in Poole, Dorset. I work in Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere within a 10–15 minute walk to the office.

Looking for:
• Large double bedroom
• Private en suite bathroom
• Direct access to outside space from the room (balcony, terrace or patio essential)
• Washing machine facilities
• Reliable WiFi
• Bills included
• Clean, modern and well-maintained property

The arrangement would mainly be Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend use.

Professional, respectful, clean and easy-going. I’m quiet during the week and looking for a comfortable, relaxed home environment rather than a party house. I’ll treat the property with care and am looking for somewhere long-term if the fit is right.

Open to Canary Wharf, South Quay or nearby Docklands locations with excellent transport and walking access to Churchill Place.
