Young professional looking for a room

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a room, studio or flat rental in London from around the end of May / 1st June onwards. I’m open to both short term and long term stays depending on the setup and location.

Ideally I’m looking for a room in a relaxed house share with no more than 4 people, preferably all working professionals.

I’m 29 and originally from Manchester. I’ve recently accepted a new project manager role in London, with the office currently based in Shepherd’s Bush before moving to Holborn later in the year.

Over the last five and a half years I’ve been working in superyachts as a deckhand and private personal trainer, travelling mainly around the Med and Caribbean, but I’ve recently moved back to the UK for something more long term.

I’ll be working three days a week in the office and two from home. My role also involves some travel during the year, so there will be periods where I’m away but still paying rent as normal.

I’m clean, easygoing, active and sociable, but also respectful of people’s space and routines. Mainly looking for somewhere friendly and relaxed while settling into London.

Budget is around £1,200 pcm ideally depending on the room and location.
