House wanted for single working male

I am currently living in a property that is shared accommodation, I share the kitchen, cooker and washing machine, I have my own fridge but the housing association doesn't allow additional fridges and have told me I have to get rid of it, I would like a place that has my own kitchen, fridge, shower or bath and washing machine, I am looking for something that is near the route to my workplace, I live at Crookes Valley Road currently, but am not happy with the living situations and don't enjoy shared accommodation so would be looking for a single tenancy accommodation, my rent is £476.67, currently but would be looking for a place that is less rent per month and ideally a spacious house and not a flat, I have seen your advertisement for the house on Duncan Road in the S10 area, and would be interested in the property, I am not a student, but am in full time employment, I don't mind if there is others living in the property, but would like a room with facilities I can use, my own and not have to share, and also somewhere that is not a noisy environment, as my current living area is near roads and lots of traffic and noise. Could you give me more information about the Duncan Road, property and what is included.
