It is located on 3 mins walk to the train station (30min direct train to London Bridge) and bus stop, a big Sainsbury supermarket and a gym. There is a lovely park just opposite the house on less than 1 min walk. The High Street is on 3 min walk and 7 mins on the train to Gatwick Airport.

The house has 3 flatmates, We are all professionals and keep the house very clean and tidy at all times. There are 2 big fridges, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you might need.

The room is located on the ground floor where the kitchen, a big bathroom and the rear garden are. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor and underground floor. The room is very spacious with double bed, desk, two wardrobes and fireplace with shelf above it and usable space for storage. Additional funniture like drawers is available for the room.

The house it quite warm and peaceful, since the room is located on it's own floor it is quite private and the flatmates are lovely and get along very well.

bills and council tax are NOT included in the price with fibre optic high speed broadband Internet.

The rent is collected 4 weekly.
