Tidy, Friendly and Motivated Professional

Hi,
I am looking for a double room, preferably unfurnished - but semi furnished is okay, a decent kitchen and communal workspace.
I’d like to live with people who are tidy, friendly and active. (and preferably dog lovers)
I work in the events industry so sometimes I am up very early, and will often be out of the house / away for long periods, but will occasionally work from home.
My home environment is important to me; I like to keep my living space clean, cook in the evening when I have time, and relax after work.
