Young professional Teacher Looking for House Share

Hi my names Jack and I’m looking for a 2 bed room share starting July 2027.

I’m a current trainee teacher that will be qualified next month. I will be working another year and most likely extending my contract to be working for the foreseeable. As I’m currently house saving, I want to maximise the amount of the money I can put down without committing down to a proper early into my 20s. And such, I am looking to save some money whilst maintaining the flexibility of my life.

You’ll catch me leaving early 6am through the week and back for half 4pm every week day. Weekends are mixed, I’ll either be up in Snowden, seeing my friends from uni, visiting family or simply enjoying a few too many bevvies talking about how I’m a second parent 50 hours a week.
